The SalesForce AppExchange is the first online service for sharing business applications. It makes finding and installing new on-demand apps as easy as downloading a song or buying a book online. Many of the applications are free and all of them are pre-integrated with SalesForce. FirstReef is a certified integrator with SalesForce.  This allows FirstReef to use SalesForces’s API for accessing the database directly.  Thus, any user of SalesForce can benefit from SalesFusion’s offerings.

If customers are not using SalesForce, then they have the option to use SalesFusion’s own built-in CRM – FirstCRM. With FirstCRM users get many common features of other CRM’s including accounts, contacts, activities, and events. In addition, customers get the unique attachments of the web activity for each customer.
