Web Forensics
Web Forensics enables B2B marketers to track the web activity of individuals and
companies that visit their web site and to direct them to information that relates
to their area of interest. This powerful tool answers the key questions of who,
what and when that are critical in providing relevant content to web site visitors
and determining which ones are qualified prospects. Web Forensics is made up of
two functional components: Web Tracker and Web Locator.
The Web Tracker gives users real time information on people that is visiting the
web site. Users can see the activity of the visitor and the pages that they are
viewing. The Web Tracking Dashboard shows:

The email address of the user is known.
When the session started.
The keywords that were used to find the web site.

of the users that visit the web site. In addition, the application stores the following
fields for each visitor to the web site.
